Grinding and Polishing
We have the ability to grind parts on one of our 22 in-house machines. We also offer TIG weld repair of the Laser Clad surfaces and other exotic materials to minimize the total repair cost.
Cylindrical OD grinding:
- Up to 55′ in length
- Up to 52” diameter
- Ability to grind a wide range of materials, including Laser Clad surfaces, aluminum and steel
Polishing:
- Typical surface finish is 12 RMS
- Polished surfaces as low as 3 RMS (call for finer finishes)
